Insurance Information

Kirkpatrick Family Care works with most types of medical insurance, including Medicare. Please call us today to see if your type of insurance is covered.

We also accept patients who are “self-insured.” Patients without medical insurance are required to pay a $100.00 deposit at the time of their first visit; thereafter, office visits and procedures will be billed directly.

In addition to regular insurance, we handle Labor and Industries (L&I) claims – these are also called “Workers’ Compensation” claims.

Kirkpatrick Family Care accepts any and all NEW L&I claims, regardless of whether injured worker is already an established patient or not.

We may also accept transfer L&I claims. For an individual to be considered for a transfer, the worker must provide us with a written statement as to why he/she wants to transfer and must allow KFC to view his/her claim, including all records. A transfer is only given if KFC determines that it would be in its best interest to take on the claim. The patient will be given a prompt response on his/her transfer request.
