Karen L. Joiner, ARNP

Originally from Montana, Karen received her Associate's from Lower Columbia College, her Bachelor's from University of the State of New York, and her Masters in Nursing from the University of Portland.

In addition to working part-time at Kirkpatrick Family Care as an adult registered nurse practitioner (ARNP), Karen is also a full-time nursing instructor at Lower Columbia College (LCC). Furthermore, she frequently goes out into the community to give presentations on various medical topics.

One of Karen's passions is overseas missions and she has led several teams of local medical professionals into the jungle of Honduras to provide care for indigent patients. Karen and her husband Troy live Castle Rock.

Karen joined Kirkpatrick Family Care’s medical group in 1996.
